a RAG chatbot for the Inter-American Development Bank, built to be trusted. live and public.
the IDB is one of the largest development-financing banks across the US and Latin America, so trust was everything, and we had to nail the citations. it's fully live and public today. the bank's own researchers emailed to say how much easier it made digging into their institution's stance on things. (also the reason for tuesday nights with IDB.)
naive RAG wasn't going to cut it, so i built an agent that writes and runs its own queries.
this one started in the RFP phase with the IDB: a chatbot over survey datasets in the hundreds of millions of rows. naive RAG falls over at that scale, so i built an agent-orchestration system with a code-execution tool that queries the database and runs Python analysis on demand. delivered, and the bank's researchers praised it right alongside the document chatbot.
an AI that role-plays a prospect so salespeople can rehearse. it ended up seeding a whole product.
Heysales was Paperflite's first LMS. i built the call-simulation feature, an AI prospect that salespeople practice their pitch against. we shipped fast through the US shift: live demo, take the feedback, redeploy the same day. that pace seeded the entire LMS offering, which grew into the whole 'sales' side of Paperflite, and it scaled from a pilot to 50–100 concurrent users.
real-time prediction of how likely a rep is to close, from CRM and content signals.
a platform that predicts, in real time, how well a salesperson will close their deals, based on CRM metrics and how they share content and collateral. honestly, it was a work in progress the whole time. it got piloted with a few customers rather than fully shipped.
a recommendation system, and a way to auto-convert web pages to mobile with stats and heuristics.
two projects on Cleverstory, Paperflite's interactive content builder. one was a recommendation system, the exact thing i gave a very confident, half-baked answer about in my interview. the other was a statistics-and-heuristics engine that automatically converts a web page into a mobile layout, because in most web builders mobile is an afterthought.
